PERSONAL BROCHURE |
Top Ten Points to Consider:
1) Partial planning day 3) Two and one-half class periods to complete (subject to change) 4) Worth 25 TEST points--will print in FULL COLOR! (2025--may print in B&W if don't want a color copy)
5)
A minimum of four pictures are required with further requirements being: b) at least one picture must be from Google images c) maximum of three pictures from my $2,200 digital camera (one is for the cover) d) one picture with at least one other friend (cannot use the same picture as someone else) NO LONGER MANDATORY IN 2025!! e) maximum of ten scanned pictures ****Note to person on the computer with the scanner: you might want to find a different computer because you might be asked to move more often than you'd like.
6)
Four different headings are required; headings must be created with
WordArt or Supalogo.com;
possible headings include
"Bucket List," “My Hero,” “My
Role Model,” “My Early Years,” My Future,” “My Favorites,” “About Me,” “Me in a
Nutshell,” “Just the Facts,” “The Basics,” “Special Someone,”
“Activities,” "Sports," “My Family,” “Favorite Hobby,” "Favorite Memory," "Favorite
(or Best) Day of
my Life," "Most Awesome Vacation," "My Friends," etc. 10) You may use a background color (or fill effect), but remember, sometimes having a white background looks better/"cleaner."
Graded on: 2) Pictures (3 Points) 3) Effort (8 Points) …your panels should be full of info… 4) Overall layout; ease to read, interesting, spacing, etc. (9 Points) *****This project is
worth a total of 25 points and will have a fairly large impact on your grade. Use your time wisely. That begins with a good
plan, limiting your words, and jumping to a different computer when yours is
slow or freezes.
