I am not sure what criteria Mr. ???? is using to grade your paper. I know that I will be grading the following for an English grade:

          1) Finished on time & have a prewriting copy (
web...like we made for the descriptive writing (December), outline, diagram or chart...like we did for the Cause-and-Effect paper, questions or headings...like we wrote for September 11 paper, listing notes, etc.)

          2) Spelling...use your SPELLCHECK button!!

          3) Punctuation (capital letters, commas, quotation marks, etc.)

          4) Did you include an introduction (catch reader’s attention) and a conclusion (make a strong, lasting remark)?

          5) Grammar/English (don't use contractions, use precise words, avoid beginning sentences with "There" or "Here", don't use the words "like" and "stuff", etc.)

          6) Clear/Easy to understand/Makes sense/Stick to topic

          7) Use of paragraphs…indent

          8) Your rough draft can be written on paper or typed (will be turned in)

          9) Topics you cannot use for this report: hurricanes, blizzards, rainstorms, and any of the planets

***I plan to make this paper worth 25-30 test/quiz points in English.
